My Story
My work sits at the intersection of high performance, emotional intelligence, and sustainable leadership - because that’s where I’ve lived most of my life.
I began my career in demanding environments: investment banking, venture capital, and scaling technology businesses. I worked with ambitious founders and leaders building at speed, under pressure, where decisions carried real weight.
From the outside, it looked like success. From the inside, I began to notice something more complex.
I loved aspects of the work - coaching founders, building community and continuously learning about the newest innovations.
And yet, there were moments when something felt misaligned: Moments when achievement no longer felt like fulfilment. Moments when I was performing well - but not fully connected.
Motherhood intensified that reckoning. I had assumed I could continue operating at 200% across career, family, health, and relationships - without cost.
I couldn’t.
That period forced me to slow down and reconnect with something deeper - an inner compass I had quietly overridden for years.
I realised growth wasn’t about doing more. It was about becoming more aligned. More grounded. More deliberate in how I choose to lead and live.
Even before this shift, I had always been drawn to the question of how people thrive. I started one company focused on healthier eating, and another exploring how sound can support relaxation, sleep, and focus. I love building companies.
That curiosity was always there. I had simply placed it second to the path that felt expected of me, given my education and career.
Eventually, I stopped ignoring it.
For more than twenty years, I’ve been deeply curious about how people grow and sustain themselves under pressure. What began as personal exploration evolved into formal training in psychology, coaching, nervous system regulation, and well-being.
Not to collect certificates - but to understand how real, lasting change happens.
Today, I bring together commercial rigour and emotional depth. Strategic thinking and grounded presence.
I work with people who want to succeed, whatever success means to them, without losing themselves along the way.
I trained extensively in psychology, coaching, and nervous system work. Not to collect certificates, but because I wanted to understand how real, lasting change happens.
I’m a lifelong learner, founder, and coach who integrates rigorous thinking with lived experience and deep personal practice. Outside of work, you’ll find me trail running with a podcast in my ears, practising yoga, spending time in nature, and organising gezellig events for friends and family to promote connection and deep conversations.
Like many high achievers, I learned early how to be disciplined, capable, and resilient. What I didn’t learn was how to slow down, listen inwardly, and make decisions that truly honoured who I was becoming. It was always about doing more and achieving more, rather than learning how to focus, simplify, and live with greater fulfilment. That shift changed not only how I live, but how I support others. Now, growth, for me, is not doing more, but instead expanding how I think, feel, and lead.
Along the way, I experienced first-hand the pressures and identity challenges that come with success: constant performance demands, high stakes, and the unspoken expectation to keep going, even when something no longer felt aligned. Periods of uncertainty, burnout, and major personal and professional transitions pushed me to ask deeper questions about work, fulfilment, and what “success” really means.
Motherhood intensified this reckoning. I realised I had assumed I could continue operating at 200% in every area of life - without cost. I was wrong.
For more than twenty years, I’ve been deeply curious about how people grow, heal, and sustain themselves. What began as a personal exploration, through meditation, yoga, journaling, and health and longevity practices, gradually evolved into formal study and professional training.
I studied Psychology and Neuroscience at Cambridge University, have a Diploma in Transformative Coaching (ICF, EMCC and AC), am a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and completed a 10-day Vipassana (silent meditation). I undertook extensive education in trauma-informed work, nervous system regulation, breathwork, meditation, and evidence-based well-being.
I didn’t pursue training to collect certificates. I pursued it because I care deeply about how real, lasting change happens. I continue to study psychology, coaching, nervous system work, and leadership = not as theory, but as practice.
Today, I bring together analytical rigour and deep presence. Strategy and emotional intelligence. Thinking and embodiment. Structure and intuition.
My clients often tell me they value my ability to listen deeply, notice patterns quickly, and create a space where they feel both supported and gently challenged. A space where they can think clearly, feel steady, and make decisions they trust.
I offer a thoughtful, grounded partnership for people who want to live and lead with integrity, confidence, and purpose - without losing themselves along the way. Everyone’s journey and sense of purpose - in life, work, family, or simply being - is deeply personal, which is why my coaching is always bespoke and client-led.
