Clarity, Confidence, Direction

Make grounded decisions when the stakes are high

I offer a calm, rigorous thinking partnership where you can slow down, think clearly, and make decisions that feel right in your head and your heart

How I help

I offer a thinking partnership for high-performing investors, professionals and founders navigating complex transitions - in leadership, career, identity, or life direction.

Many are successful on paper, yet feel pulled in different directions and unsure which path deserves their energy.

Together, we create clarity, emotional steadiness, and practical direction - so you can move forward with confidence, without burning bridges or yourself.

Clients often describe a moment when “the mist lifts”. Things that once felt tangled suddenly feel clear. They realise the answers were already within them - they just needed space and support to hear themselves again.

I offer focused short-term containers for clarity, longer-term journeys for deeper change, and bespoke retainers for ongoing strategic support.

Sessions are held online worldwide, with limited in-person work from my Amsterdam offices.

For select long-term clients and retainers, in-person intensives and travel can be arranged.

All work begins with a confidential discovery call to explore:

  • what you’re navigating

  • what you want to change

  • whether this is the right fit

There’s no obligation.

Just clarity.

How we’ll work together

  • We begin by grounding and slowing things down to understand what you’re really navigating beneath the surface.

  • We work to reduce mental overload and nervous system pressure so that you can think more clearly.

  • We open up options without rushing to premature conclusions. What is possible, questioning underlying beliefs, thought patterns and conditioning from previous life experiences.

  • We translate insight into grounded, practical decisions.

  • We build sustainable ways of working and living that support your long-term goals. This includes rituals, habits and practices that support and nurture.

Ways to work together

My approach

I’ve lived in high-performance environments, built businesses, and navigated significant personal and professional transitions myself, including periods of intense pressure, uncertainty, and rebuilding.

Alongside lived experience, I’ve spent years training and practising evidence-based coaching, somatic, and wellbeing approaches - not as techniques, but as tools for real life.

That’s why I understand both the external pressures and the internal doubts. I’ve sat on both sides of the table, as a leader, founder, and someone seeking support myself.

And why I work in a structured way that creates momentum, not dependency.

My work integrates:

  • strategic thinking

  • emotional intelligence

  • nervous system regulation

  • evidence-based coaching

  • practical implementation

In practice, this means we work on three levels at the same time:

  • how you think and make decisions

  • how your nervous system responds under pressure

  • how you translate insight into action

We use grounded reflection, evidence-based psychological and coaching frameworks, and nervous system regulation tools to stabilise overwhelm and restore clear thinking.

This allows you to make decisions from steadiness rather than urgency, fear, or external pressure.

I don’t separate “thinking” from “feeling”. Decisions are made in the whole system.

That’s why our work integrates reflection, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based decision frameworks - working with your thinking, emotions, and physiology at the same time, not in isolation.

I work with both strategy and intuition, structure and compassion - because lasting change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves and with others.

Over time, our work isn’t just about solving one problem.
It’s about upgrading how you think, decide, and respond under pressure.

Together, we reshape unhelpful patterns, strengthen your internal compass, and build simple, sustainable rituals that support your goals.

So clarity doesn’t disappear when life gets busy.

Alongside professional coaching training, I hold a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Cambridge and bring strong analytical rigour to my work.

Why clients choose me

Clients choose to work with me because I combine:

  • strong commercial and analytical thinking

  • deep emotional and nervous system awareness

  • lived experience in high-pressure environments

  • fast pattern recognition

  • a calm, grounded presence in complex moments

I work with you as a whole person - not a role, a title, or a problem to fix.

The goal is clarity and independence, not dependence.

The work isn’t about giving you answers.

It’s about helping you hear your own, without noise or doubt.

Is this for you?

My work is best suited to people who are:

  • operating in high-responsibility roles

  • thoughtful and reflective

  • open to challenge and new perspectives

  • willing to take responsibility for change

  • ready to engage honestly

  • ready to think deeply, not superficially

You might be navigating a career shift, leadership pressure, a personal transition, or a sense that “something needs to change” - even if you can’t yet name what it is.

Many of my clients are outwardly successful, capable, and relied upon by others. Internally, they’re often carrying unspoken doubts, competing priorities, and a sense that something needs recalibrating. This work gives them space to think honestly and reset their direction.
